Rocky Mountain Textile Conservation,   Kalispell, Montana.  Conservator/Owner.   2002 to present. A private conservation studio providing textile and costume conservation services for public and private clients including the Kansas Museum of History, the Grand Lodge AF&AM of Montana, the Historical Museum at Fort Missoula, the Polson Flathead Historical Museum, and the Lolo National Forest

University of Denver,  Denver, Colorado.  Adjunct Professor.  Spring Quarter 1994 and 1996.  Co-taught Introduction to Museum Conservation.  Responsible for lectures on textiles, environmental controls, disaster planning, storage, and exhibit.   In 1998 and 2000, responsible for lectures on textiles

Textile Preservation Associates, Inc.
Keedysville, Maryland.  Textile Conservator.  2001 to 2002. Responsible for analysis and treatment of flags, and an eighteenth century petticoat for public and private clients.  Participated in a CAP, and a collections survey, including writing of both reports.  Prepared mannequins for an exhibit of costumes for a private client

Los Angeles County Museum of Art
,  Los Angeles, California.  Mellon Fellow in Textile Conservation. 1989 - 1990.  Researched the design, construction, and alterations of a 17th century dress and reconstructed it to an original form.  Conservation of Indonesian, ancient Peruvian, and other historic textiles and costumes for exhibits and gallery rotations

Biltmore HouseAsheville, North Carolina.  Conservator.  1989.  Conservation of tapestries in the Biltmore House Collections.  Re-organized the dye laboratory and collaborated on a computerized dye worksheet

Textile Conservation Workshop,  South Salem, New York.  Conservation Technician.  1985 - 1987.  Prepared treatment reports and executed treatments on a variety of flat textiles and some costumes.  Dyed support and mounting materials for conservation treatments

Michigan State Museum,  East Lansing, Michigan.  Historic Costume Consultant/Conservator.  1988.  Construction of individual mannequins for each costume in the exhibit.  Research on fibers, weave, and style of each costume.  Supervised and/or carried out all necessary conservation treatments
